The power of a single kiss,
In volumes, shows us what we've missed,
Of that grand design together we can be,
A sculpture of love's perfection, for all to see.
My love, for you now expressed,
I wait with anguish in my breast,
For one small sign, some clue,
That you might, perhaps, love me too?
But even If my love be in vain,
I will live with that dread pain,
For only those who've never loved,
Are truly forgotten by God above. |
